Theme: Wine Country Magic Gala - Business Donation Letter

Dear Business Owner,

I am writing on behalf of our non-profit organization, The Educational Martial Arts System, Inc.  Our 3rd Annual fundraiser, “A Wine Country Magic Gala”, takes place on February 27, 2016 and we need your support.  This night will be a magical event to remember as our location, Manna’s Martial Arts, Inc. will be transformed for the evening.  The evening’s events will include Close-Up magic performed by world famous Brian Gillis, appetizers, a host beverage bar, buffet dinner and dessert. Espresso cart donated by Cafe Moto for the evening.

Through the generosity of our families and local businesses the 2015 Gala Fundraiser was a great success, we are again asking for your support for our 2nd Annual Event so together we are again able to raise funds to provide continued growth to our Martial Arts community in the form of:

We invite you to join many others to make this event a grand success.  All sponsors will be listed in our event program so we are hopeful that you will participate by donating a gift certificate or item(s) that can be used in our silent or live auctions.
